A great getaway *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe stayed at this hotel totally satisfied. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We were helped quickly everywhere (check-in, bags were brought to the room, breakfast service, information). The breakfast buffet has fulfilled all our requests, the food was fresh, good and plentiful. The room was large and nice, the beds pushed together, but very wide and comfortable. The only drawback was a funky smell in the room, the air through a great deal couldn't be removed. Since I first tried it with fresh air, it was then too late for a complaint, so I don't know, how to resolve the problem. Next time I would complain about the smell immediately, but we on our next stay in Hamburg-trip this hotel, because everything else was perfect.
We were with your own car, but it was right by the hotel there is a bus to the nearest train station, then it is a good 20 minutes into the city center.
