Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is clean and tidy. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and we explained how to get to the beach or to the next supermarkets is, they gave us a map and all marked.
Unfortunately, the hotel was very noisy and the food wasn't very varied and didn't have good taste. Therefore, we went out to eat several nights a week, though we had booked half-board.
The pool was completely OK. On some days it was very dirty and only rarely cleaned.
Complaints were taken note of but not fixed. It has been said, that it will be in the next few days, but when we check out the problem was still not fixed.
The staff was very friendly.
The room cleaning was also in order. The whole hotel was neat and clean.
