A nice hotel which was right on the lake Zug is located. It is the middle town. That is why it was right on the main square. But that wasn't a problem at all. Even great if you rather stay right in the city center the (traffic free!) like. You should arrive with the car at the hotel and in a garage parking. We were there with the train. The train station was ten minutes erfernt. Could you just a little walk along the lake to get to the hotel. The city center, offering many shopping. An indoor pool is nearby. A trip with the boat on the lake is good. The pier is only about 150 meters away. In the evening you could well over the market and the adjacent lanes stroll. Super romantic with a view constantly over the lake. There are many small but very fine restaurants nearby. We always ate out, because the Hotel the food was not only very expensive, but the selection wasn't so much for us. But like I said, there were plenty of other options.
The hotel itself is very clean. The staff are very friendly. So all in all, we felt very comfortable there. Should we return to train, we will stay there again.
