Good location and clean - but no breakfast *

Top location as many described. Only one bar/restaurant density as for example in the meatpacking distr. shouldn't be expected. The breakfast is not good. SOURface staff serve an almost witnessed breakfast. Tip: at Park Avenue and 29th is a butter&Bred deli. There you could get everything your heart desires. Across the road is the metro and a Starbucks. Our advice for the dinner if you don't want to go anywhere large but great food: The new "30 Wine" on the opposite side of the road. Very tasty and top quality service.
