As many have said, most of the staff spoke English just adjusted to the public. As well as the food, which was adapted to the English. The service at the bar in the hotel swanky unfriendly. You have to wait a long time for elevators, the 'peak' (food) 15 minutes can take time. In general, the hotel is a bit older, as well as the rooms. From the location you can't complain, there was in the direct area shops, bars and the beach. If you are staying for four-five days (or less) is to Benidorm here, would recommend this hotel enough. But for a vacation with the family of 14 days I can really recommend it and am not a four stars hotel used to something else.
