From the service to the condition of the room is a punishment to make in this hotel vacation!
The staff ignored an easy, when the line to 'short'. Everywhere you had to wait in line for a long time for poor quality. There was only 1 ice per person, even if the child is, but just wait on the couch. I have seen, as small children had to be raised, so that they get their ice. So what does not go at all! A smile and Thanks I have not seen or heard right. It has always had a bad conscience, if one has got something to drink. It was anyway only extra tiny small glasses with three ice cubes, so that you can reach it in three swallow was empty. The somewhat better things like ice cream you had to pay (3 euro), of course.
My impression is, however, of the ' boss 'under pressure and not be able to act or not.
Our room was dirty, uncomfortable and musty!(Pillows were under the covers yellow and dirty). In Nachhinei surprised me however not, since the maid on our departure day the room at eleven o 'clock clean made, although our luggage there until 12:00 o' clock and we were allowed to stay in the room. When we arrived at the pool 11,30, amongst other things go to use the toilet, we had no towels, the bed was taken off and the floor was wet from the glib 'mixing'.
Of course we used the toilet, the trash situation to and used. For the next guests so we shall see a similar picture show, as we did in our room! In addition: we are only in the evening and do not have a room for showers available get. Luckily we were allowed to shower with.

To the pool I should write, that it abfärbt blue. My daughter had regular blue stains on the body. The swimming gear, I have of course clean, had a suspiciously unhealthy, brown water left.

All people, which I have mentioned, and wanted to have similar or the hotel changed. Luckily we were only five days, two weeks, I would not have stayed. My travel agent I will say this, because I have photos of the drawbacks were made.
Conclusion: I would have liked to have paid 100 euro therefor, the gleicj'hen day to be able to leave.
The more or less positive reviews can be a fake, in order to get any guests.
Actually I had no desire to write a review, but at this hotel had it be easy, for the truth under the holidaycheck readers to bring to light.
I certainly agree with this assessment help-it was worth the effort.
