Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe resort is first class! The hospitality was great! Unfortunately I cannot say the same of Air Berlin! Our luggage was delivered only after three days. The hotel staff helped us wherever they could! For us with the airport telephoniert, mails and to the frauenkirche. Your efforts have allowed us despite the mistake the first three days to enjoy.
