Unfortunately, not so good *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were in this year March for the third time since 2009 in this hotel. Unfortunately, I have to give the assessment (February 2011) by Katrin case. Also we had to wait about two hours, until we arrived in our room (after overtired flight) and had to ask itself again and again, if the room is free. We found it a little bit odd, that it (more) anyone at the staff was, to help us with language-in contrast to the many Russian guests, which often at the breakfast in your own language were welcomed. Also the menus in the surrounding restaurants were mostly no longer only in English and Arabic, but also in Russian language-but never in German. Cleanliness, we have always found fantastic, unfortunately though (for example floating plastic bottles in the lagoons in front of the hotel, dead fruit at the breakfast, have been left...). And as mentioned above previous speaker we also had very strange stinky bed sheets, which we in the last two visits not said. Sorry-we won't book this hotel-even though the complex and the beach of course are great!
