Great ski vacation with unfortunately bad service *

We have stayed at this hotel for a ski holiday. The proximity to the ski lift is of course great class, food was very tasty, spa is OK. Unfortunately the service is during the lunch snack is impossible. The waiter was very inattentive and we were often overlooked and could often only 20 to 25 minutes to make a purchase. Unfortunately were cleared also the dirty plates and cups from the previous person on the table only after a request. The rooms are of a hotel of this standard we not used at all. A shame! We are no more mecker cloth but after the third call at the reception whether it is possible for our small because young a bathrobe to put this room was to have been ignored. Otherwise good location also for ski beginners OK

Liebe Frau Birgit,
für uns ist jeder Kommentar über unser Hotel ebenso wichtig wie es jeder Gast ist. Deshalb tut es uns sehr leid, dass Sie den Aufenthalt bei uns im Majestic offensichtlich nicht so genießen konnten wie Sie es sich vorgestellt haben. Besten Dank für das Lob an unser Küchenteam. Wir können ehrlich gesagt nicht ganz nachverfolgen, wann Sie im Januar bei uns waren, was aber sicherlich stimmt, ist die Tatsache, dass wir im Januar im Service zwei Wochen lang leicht unterbesetzt waren, zumal unsere Mitarbeiter von einer Grippewelle erfaßt worden sind, was aber das Verhalten unseres Mitarbeiters an der Bar absolut nicht entschuldigen soll. Damit wurde natürlich jetzt das gesamte Service Mitarbeiterteam „angeschwärzt“ ; ich denke doch, und das belegen die vielen positiven Bewertungen für unseres Serviceteams, von denen einige bereits seit Jahren bei uns tätig sind, dass man hier nicht alle Mitarbeitern in einen Topf werfen kann. Liebe Frau Birgit, wir möchten Ihnen versichern, dass wir uns immer Zeit für ein Gespräch mit unseren Gästen nehmen, denn wir nehmen Ihre Anliegen ernst und versuchen alles zu tun, um wirklich jeden Gast zufrieden zu stellen. Vielleicht können wir das ja einmal nachholen, wenn Sie wieder in unserer Region sind – wir möchten Sie nämlich überzeugen, dass wir wirklich alles für die Zufriednheit unserer Gäste tun.
