Successful holiday Thassos *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHi there! My boyfriend (27 ) and I (25 ) were for ten days Thassos. Bottom line: great beautiful island in ten days enough can be explored comfortably on foot. Rental car was very recommendable!!! The hotel is a good 3 star, but not a four star hotel! The Makryammos which was on a but rather steep hill is ( so less for older people), was the best place for us in hindsight. We have seen some other hotels, the tourism assistance also considered. Our mind, we made the best decision. The Makryammos is close to Limenas, the Hafenstädchen. ( circa 15 minutes on foot) We had a bungalow was far above, however, we found not really disturbing. Unless you had forgotten something and had to zurückflitzen again. The thing would be was our check-in. We were already about eleven in the area, but we could not check in until against 1:30 pm our bungalow. Oh well, relax with a drink in the bar. The food was repeated in principle, however it was mixed, so that even type. We were so about four eat out. Only on's hotel food if you want yes but not restrict it. The grounds or Thassos itself seems a coveted destination the Bulgarians, Serbs etc. . Is not personally my mentality, very callous and rude. Especially at meals very lavish, so not landed in the trash. At the hotel beach, which is very nice, we were on the days we had not hire a car. I personally too many kids. But the area was really desired with families. The peacocks and their screaming we found not very disturbing. We weren't always so tired from the activities that we are immediately fell asleep and deep slept in. Our bungalow was clean and was cleaned every day. Little shortcoming was the small shower. The bathroom was quite large. Tips: hire a car at the car rental ( price comparison's worth it!!! ). We had three days a compact car and two days a jeep. One day we circling the island complete with roller pack ( jacket, evening quite cool! ). With the jeep after Kastro! Did a lot of fun and was a highlight, the small almost extinct mountain village. Panagia is also a nice place. Don't forget beach shoes! On some bays crowding the sea urchins and can, if you are not careful blasting annoying hurt. I know what I'm talking about. The bay agois Ioannis ( nice pebble beach) has, if you were lucky to ourselves. But there are plenty of Booked, whether a sand-gravel beach, or the little used. Nice sand beach is also the Paradise Beach. Easy even discover and enjoy! :0 )
