Hotel Cleopatra: highly recommended!
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AGreat location! We choose the ocean view room and are glad we did so! The breakfast, which was included in our package, was delicious and they offered a great variaety of choices! There were folks of all nationalities: Spanish; Scandinavian, German, French, British, Russian, etc.
Location
Right on the beach on one side. The other side there were excellent restaurants and a cute shopping center. The hotel offered excusions and a play/flamenco musical.
The staff were friendly and everyone is greeted with a glass of cava (Spanish Champagne) when you check in. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and sweet.
Gastronomy
There are several restaurants in the hotel complex. We ate breakfast at the buffet restaurant at Cleopatra. We also ate lunch at the snack bar by the pool. Everything was tasty and good.
Sport & Entertainment
Lots of in-house activities. Two real nice pools and a baby pool. There is a hot tub that is NOT HOT! I don't think they realize that no one wants to sit in a little cold pool!
The hotel is right on the long 5 kilometer beach promanade. The beach is right outside of the hotel complex.
Room
Clean, average sized rooms with bed; TV with many international channels, in many languages; air-conditioning, balcony: sea view (Which we hd) and pool view, safe, telephone, minibar, internet access, very nice.
