Impossible behavior of the service personnel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIt was our first holiday in Majorca-stay, but by a part of the service personnel was clear. We stayed one night at the dinner (half board) no drinks. As a result, were removed immediately definitely the glasses from the staff from the table and one was asked the following nights no more, if you want a drink. Even if all the Bart Brown were occupied and other guests 'discrimination ' could hear this. On the contrary, it has been turned off in the back, while next to the drinks be asked. In the room there was a few ants, which however is not very dramatic. The toilet seat had deep scratches, which was clearly marked with dirt were added, the work of the cleaning strength was completely okay-here would have helped only the exchange of the seat. On these issues we have ignored, if a part of the service personnel (the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful) do not have behaved. So our conclusion: if and when I return Mallorca, then definitely not go back to this hotel.
