Good hotel with organisational problems *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA very nice hotel with organisational problems. We booked this hotel for a week, after we arrived, we were told, that there was no reservation before. We were in the hotel. Nautic It was just no rooms available. Many other guests had the same problem. If the debt was, we wanted to say no. There was no one to blame :-(HCLFHLAfter four days we complained again. then we could have a room.HCLFHLin addition, the service staff in the restaurant no overview of the rooms. we had paid the drinks bar, however, we could not have been presented at the check out several allegedly opened invoices. we paid this but not with the other guests were mixed. so, the bills control :-)HCLFHLbut all in all a very nice hotel.
