No 4.5 star hotel, never again! *

If you want a little more level and the 4.5 star if announced, here is definitf disappointed.
For German speaking children was it many activities-only German. Everything else was scarce.
The food is not bad, but the cycle of recovery as already mentioned.
The beach is far away.
Has everything, even coffee-is served in plastic cups. A coffee machine, the cafe latte just is. If you are looking for a nice espresso, is disappointed the. Coffee can get you the food in the restaurant also not, as the machine out of order is placed. The coffee for breakfast is only activated. No fresh fruit for breakfast. The desserts were limited to artificial lemons on general or jelly from the bag, often gave it also finished cakes, the much to sweet were. We have often only ate fruits for dessert.
General was the area neglected and in need of renovation. Much to large area and to few staff. Save is the motto here.
The arenal d'en Castell area is very bland and nothing has to offer.
Rate the bay of Cala en Porter definitely to visit.
