Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, da es zentral aber ruhig liegt. Die Zimmer sind wirklich traumhaft, leider kann man aufgrund der Moskitos abends nicht vor dem Zimmer sitzen. Wir waren zum Essen immer in Kata oder Karon, beide Orte sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Das Essen ist in den Garagen (vom Hotel links in Richtung Karon nach einigen Metern auf der rechten Seite (hinter der Massagemeile)) sowie im Steakhaus (aus dem Hotel rechts nach ca. 20 Metern sowie bei Kwang Seafood (nach Richtung Kata) nur zu empfehlen. Häufig gab es aufgrund der Nebensaison noch Rabatte. Ausflüge kann man gut gegebenüber von Starbucks buchen. Preise sind handelbar und liegen weit unter 50% im Verhältnis zum Reiseanbieter. Ein gutes Spa liegt in Kata am Ende der Straße auf der linken Seite (gegenüber vom Kata Resort). Hir gab es zwei Massagen zum Preis von einer. Wenn man sich mal kurz verwöhnen lassen will, so ist der Massagesalon genau gegenüber vom Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Zwei Salons weiter rechts haben wir unsere Wäsche zur Reinigung abgegeben, was nur zu empfehlen ist.
Gut einkaufen kann man in den Malls in Patong sowie außerhalb von Phuket.
