Jeder einzelne des Maristelle-Teams hat dazu beigetragen, den Gästen den Auftenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Trotz Saisonende war das Team 100%ig motiviert. Die Schnelligkeit bei der Getränkeausgabe war nicht zu übertreffen: Das Füllen der Gläser erfolgte beidhändig! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, besonders der Wildschweingulasch am korsischen Abend. Sehr gut sind auch die Ausflüge, die vom Hotel für verschiedene Regionen Korsikas angeboten werden. Überrascht hat uns der schöne, goldfarbene und sehr saubere Strand Algajolas. Das Meerwasser lud bei 20 Grad noch zum Schwimmen ein!
