Expensive hotel without room cleaning *

Location
The hotel is located downtown Anchorage, is walking distance to everything. Anchorage is not too much and other hotels (e.g. B. the Hilton) are even better.
We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. After the first night the room was not cleaned, no beds made and not changing the towels. Nothing was done. The evenings after I complained about it at the reception had requested and new towels and after 1 hour (! ) Called once more asked, went back at least some towels.

Positive: at the reception there was two computers with free internet. Also a swimming pool and a fitness center are probably available, but we didn't use it.
Room
Rooms are very large, beds very lone with thick ceiling. Absolutely in order. Carpet. TV available, but no safe in the room (! ).
Tips and recommendations
All hotels in Anchorage are quite expensive. Offer does the city will not much. The airport about 20 minutes, about 20 US dollars. Select rooms with Buchblick, it was worth it. We were able to one of overlooked by another, even though we had our own city view.
