Hotel Matorral

For late arrival (after 22 o'clock) we had a night the matorral and could spend the next day in fortunately the sol jandia mar change (about 200 meters away).
We were allocated the studio (section 531) was total dirty and almost all the furniture was broken! Ripped down curtain, broken room and closet doors, power outlet hanging half out of the wall, mold on the Waschbeckenarmatur, at the sink (Silikonrand) stripping and fridge, freezer, probably the last time a few years ago defrosted was. Ants in the kitchenette and bed! Completely stained carpet. Thick, were an unidentifiable stain on a pillow, bed sheets share further believe we cannot and need to be looked at. Of an alleged two or three years ago we could have recent renovation nothing see.
We were after the horror night just happy to change the object and can't understand, that such an object at all of the matorral as tour operators is offered.
Simple decor is ok but it must not mean, that everything was broken and must not be so filthy.
The sol jandia mar(three stars) was according to the classification established in order.
