A short vacation at Christmas. On the whole there are no complaints about room, restaurant and wellness area. There is a gourmet house we have enjoyed in the evenings outstanding dinner. Buffet is more like a 3-4 star house is reminding. No special offer, just the norm. Fresh fruit dried Kiwis or other. From a gourmet hotel far away. Therefor there were a lot of negatives. During our stay a large Russian family, in the public areas of the restaurants during our dinners hours loud and noisy and humid-cheerful their large families celebration held. Some of the guests they can be implemented. A good management to make a solution to the other (expensive) paying guests an unimpaired and festive food. A shame, we were glad, that we had three nights booked. We had the impression, that the house under Russian administration, although in the hotel-claims an Austrian family owners were showing up. The next visit in serfaus this year will stay in a 5 * hotel we know to be right next door.
