Defaulting and blatantly! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAlready in the hotel mayerhofer 2 November 2010 we booked the apartment number seven for the period from zehten until 20 July 2011 for the price of €80/day.
3 November 2010 we received by fax the reservation confirmation.
Just before our arrival, in other words 7 July 2011, was on phone talking this transaction as it confirms explicitly once again.
After a journey of 550 kilometer (arrival in St. gilgen to 12:00 o'clock) told us the landlady cooly and with, that the apartment was reassigned.
As if that were not enough: on the part of the landlady no word of apology, on the contrary, a nerve was instead offered us a dwelling, the LT-Home costs €60, -€ 80 but also suddenly cost.
There will be justifiable for everyone, whether such Unseriosität that we leave this house immediately and return began.
Conclusion: never again!
