Absolute Catastrophe *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ATotal dirty hotel with unfriendly staff is completely overtaxed and no foreign language skills. The worst is what is happening at every meal in the dining room, the tables were not cleaned, there were no silverware, no glasses the food is completely to the needs and not refilled.
The room cleaning if anyone after massive complaints auftaugt is absolutely inadequate.
The people at the front desk are German and English language skills but total an arrogant and patronizing if you want to complain you can get a rude answer and will be ignored.
The hotel beach we do not have we found after several requests were withdrawn from a bus at a shopping street and went at an expensive public beach
