Winter special offer was unknown in the hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe allow ourselves to be dazzled by the winter special offer and the positive rating at holidaycheck. In general, the AVR-hotel with five suns. LAC but with the problems started. A woman replied by e-mail: condo at full price excluding breakfast and NK. Only after asking we were offered the winter special price (and breakfast included, NC home). With the departure a woman felt (front desk) to the offer and the breakfast wanted to charge extra. After discussion and the presentation of the hotel-(!) and the confirmation of the woman was ready to accept the discounted rate. Luckily we had enjoyed prior week sea view with great breakfast (and very nice service!).
