Exceptional service in a wonderful village
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe (family with two kids) stayed at the Hotel Meisser for one week in October, using Guarda as the starting point to explore the Engadine region and the Swiss National Park. We can confirm that the hotel motto (“Home away from home”) is lived by the whole team working at Hotel Meisser.
Location
Guarda is a beautiful and quiet village in the southern part of Engadine. It is well connected via the local transport system (train and Postauto) and it is an excellent starting point for the many hiking routes in the region and for daily trips in the Swiss National Park.
The atmosphere is friendly and familiar, with the family Meisser and the hotel team trying to make your holidays unforgettable
Gastronomy
The service was very good and the food (with many local products) was delicious. Very good wine list for a 3 stars hotel.

We were very pleased with the 2-room suite which is very well suited for a family with 1-2 kids.
