Not a four star hotel! The service was just so-so... *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel has on the whole, a nice and well-kept area. The pool is huge and very clean, also the water has a pleasant temperature. But there are not enough umbrellas available.
The food at the pool bar (snacks) was each day the same and not so good. Drinks had to be collected yourself and be served in small glasses. The ' cocktails 'pre-mixes and the sangria is a glass of Fanta with a shot of red wine and a piece of orange. The food in the dining room was always with variety and alternation, however, were missing here also the four stars.
The staff was quite aloof and not very customer-oriented.
We had a room in a four floor and have the balcony with four other rooms divided, since the barrier was only a handrail without any privacy. So could not open the door at night, since the room could only be easy.
All in all we would recommend the hotel not further, as we the first time four star have presented and have booked us including something else.
