Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ARelatively large facility, but very comfortable and nice because of the terrace shaped design and nice architecture. Generally clean location with good service (staff/food). Elevators are available there, despite the 9 floors, easily accessible and there does not have to be long ways back. Germans and Spanish of all ages. Adequate for everyone. The garden facility of the hotel is very nice and well-kept.
Location
The hotel has a good location, not too central, but also not too isolated. Small stores are in the area, and you can go to the main area by foot without a problem. The beach is not directly at the hotel, but reachable by foot in approximately 10 minutes (or hotel bus). Otherwise the hotel is well located for taking trips.
The staff were always friendly, especially at the reception desk. You were helped right away without a problem. In the middle of the night a stray Kakalake was around, which is not unusually distant in the south. Also the cleaning people were very friendly and understandable, however often could not speak German.
Gastronomy
The largest restaurant (non-smoking and seperate smoking area) is by assigned seating and well equipped. Excellent large tables for 2-6 people. The meals are of good quality and quantity, large selection and variation. Especially the breakfast which was delicious. Also the selection of the drinks were okay. Comfortable atmosphere in the restaurant, and the temperature was always comfortable because of the air conditioner.
Sport & Entertainment
Available entertainment during the day, also good in the evening. Sufficient sport offers for us with waterball, table tennis, fitness studio, beach volleyball, etc.
Mini club and entertainment provided nearly every day. Very friendly entertainers (4). Two pool landscapes in good condition with sufficient lounge chairs, and terrace. What especially pleased us really well was at pool underlying location of the hotel. The lounge chairs were not free of charge at the beach. Internet access, small shops, and some residential rooms are located in the main building.
Room
Very spacious, comfortable rooms with large bath (two sinks, hair dryer, bath tub), satellite television, additional sofa, spacious closet which otherwise always worked out. Except for that we had a nice balcony with a wonderful view. In the room we also had a telephone and a rentable safe. There was electric power in the card, which was also the key for the room. We both had a card, so that we were not so dependent upon one another. Otherwise we had an impression that the rooms were really paper thin, that did not disturb us. It was always clean and we received fresh towels every day.
Tips and recommendations
It was party overcast, clear evenings, but not cold. The telephone costs were really high, the general price ratio is otherwise good. Tenerifa offers many travel possibilities for everyone. We were very happy and had a nice vacation.
