We have the new year 2011-2012 in this hotel experienced. The hotel looked at the arrival from the outside very good. Around the front desk and the bar on the höcht level. Although we a double room booked, we got two single beds. After we front desk we complained, we were immediately given a double room in the last floor with a view of the city of Milan. The Staff at the front desk have even German spoken and were very nice. They gave us a free wireless Internet access for a few hours. The prices we found personally too expensive. We paid for a 0.33 litre bottle of proud five euro at the bar. The bathroom was not always clean and with the arrival we had stains in the bathtub in the breakfast there was a large selection but the croissants and rolls were hard and not fresh. The staff were always helpful, but the quality and freshness of the food is another issue. Stayed two nights at the Melia hotel and the experienced there, but a second time we do not want to.
