Nice hotel with small flaws *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe first impression is very positive. It is served a welcome tea, very pleasant in the hot weather. The check in was done quickly and received the room we requested.
The room and the balcony were very beautiful and made a modern and cosy impression. In the closet has plenty of space and is also very convenient to the counter. Unfortunately, I regret the lack of any pillars, my bags on the can. The bed is quite comfortable, the requested feather pillows are also quickly. Only a shame, that it two single beds, the always again instead of a king size bed slip. The sleeping mind on the bright light of radios, the not work. But it is very pleasant, the light by touch to use and the view is also excellent. In the bathroom were partly renovated, the tiles rather not. Here is the design in the practical away (the sink are not very useful). The showers are both to narrow and it are missing towel hooks. The seperate toilet is very convenient.
At the pool, the service is the lifeguard very good, look to pool chairs, Mats etc.. On weekend was it quite full, before all were a lot of kids.
The indoor pool is unfortunately extremely cold, so that the hotel is suitable only for the summer. I think it also something strange, that both the indoor pool and also the spa area (the fee is) not the inside of the hotel can easily be reached.
We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. It was a large selection at breakfast and also at dinner. The buffet had each day a different selection or you could something grilled. The food was extremely tasty, from sushi as a starter of different types of fish to the delicious dessert and cheese selection and you could sit on the terrace.
Only the prices for drinks were grossly overpriced. Not once in the Bahia de Duque on tenerife we have made 4.50 eur for a small 0.2 Sprite or 7.50 eur for a small Milkshake (from powder) to pay!
Since this year is charged unfortunately 15 eur per night for the parking lot.
