The location is optimal. Only a few steps and one is by the restaurant and all the shops. A short walk to the beach, with a cafeteria on the way so one is never hungry or thirsty. They even serve you on the sun deck chairs.

Both hotel owners speak German. The man of the house is very contact friendly and not only promises interesting conversations but also very amusing ones. His engagement, especially in the bar, also brings the vacationers together (when one wants this) we spent many pleasant hours and evenings together. Also by a very late arrival one is greeted with a drink (or booked meal). By our arrival at the Philoxenia hotel, the year before, we were not even accompanied to our room. Jannis, the hotel boss, was always available if there was a problem. More than once some vacationers had health problems, and each time Jannis was immediately there, ready to take you to the hospital or to a physician.
(This was unthinkable at the Philoxenia hotel).

We booked only with breakfast, but every Sunday there was a grill evening with the best and an abundant amount of food where one could definitely feast. Hardly a hotel guests missed this evening, as not only the prices but also the atmosphere was always good. The personnel were very friendly (and will hopefully be this year).

In September the deck chairs were free, above all when one ordered a drink at the beach bar. Cleanness of the beach and sea is super. The hotel’s pool is very clean, whirlpool turned on upon request and in spite of parental care the boss had an permanent eye on the children.

Everything okay. The terrace partially faced the sea. The television functioned best, but we hardly used it. The towels could have been frequently changed.

Quiet and restful days are guaranteed, for that the evenings are a bit longer.

We will be there again in September and have already asked Jannis to reserve us a spot in room B.
