The area is small and family, older but very well maintained and clean. In contrast to many similar installations in maspalomas, it is a beautiful garden and is not on cement slabs. Spain usually the beds are rather small and soft, it is but OK. We were to three in the apartment, so the room would be something bigger-but perfectly adequate for two. Maspalomas is very busy, so at night it is a bit noisy, it is in the immediate vicinity but no noise. To the beach it is not far (about 100m) a racing for holiday.
