A hotel for undemanding *

Our group of 27 p.. ) In this hotel 1 week ( study tour). Maybe for individual tourists other rules apply here the Gruppeneindrücke. The biggest disappointment was the food and the service. Nothing for vegetarians and other problem eating. Every evening anew posed a problem. The taste was just awful, but also meat were unhappy. The food prepared without care. The breakfast buffet didn't deserve the name. The service disorganized, not thoughtful, unattentive. While we waited for their food for the other tables were cleared. The cutlery would be good for a picnic, but not for a restaurant. The main course you often did a Kuchengabel for dessert, get a spoons for. The room size was sufficient, but clumsy furnished, very small hallway. The cleaning of the room and the bath not very clear. The shower head was not removable, the lighting of mirror poor, no make-up mirror. The closet is only a Regalboden. The condition of the room generally poor, scratched old furniture, very uncomfortable chair, old tv, who was always stay virtual blackness, no ceiling lamp. The elevators ancient, one of them even stops imprecise, so that one step arises. Conclusion: never again Mercure!
