good value for money *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIn the context of Rome we stayed at the Mercure Corso Trieste building. The hotel lies a bit out of the city centre, but with the bus or the metro is easily accessible, once you have your bearings. The lady at the front desk spoke German, everything was quick and uncomplicated. Our room was nice and large, as well as also the bathroom. There was also a bathtub, which after a busy day was very pleasant. The breakfast was Italian standards. It was not very varied, but perfectly adequate. The hotel is frequented by businessmen. The Mercure has a good standard. As most of the hotels in the center are quite expensive, is the Corso Trieste a good alternative, if there is a nothing you don't mind a few meters walk and then by public transport.
