The hotel gives a very beautiful impression. problematic are only the confusing hallways, but despite many Aberrations with the charm of the hotel. Didn't like was that the room service it left a lot to be desired. For example we received for our double room with extra bed even after 6 hours after complaining no 3. Towel. The further we asked at reception poorly and rudeness answered. On the following day, our room was never cleaned and once again the complains extremely rude welcome. Also it was missing a blanket and the air conditioning was broken the whole time. The asking for a room change is not included. Conclusion: The hotel is absolutely recommendable, if you stay in Paris not by lousy and stroppy mood of the hotel staff was redeeming. The location is wonderful!
