maximum 10 minutes till the beach, it's super. One can just walk to the city and to beachpromenande and from there about 10 minutes away there is evening life for every taste from silent and romantic till loud and groovy. The transportation time is about 30 minutes.
Buses cost about 35 Cent, for example till the Old City Nesser bar. The transfer time to that place is 15 minutes.

the personnel is very friendly and helpful, there's partly good German and English speaking personnel. Check in was smooth, unfortunately there were complaints only after the third time. The rooms were every two days completely cleaned.

there are two restaurants and bars, the food is rich and acceptable in terms of taste. it is clean on the tables just like in buffet. the food is diversified and it's not repeated every week, the only negative point is too many loud TV which is supposed to be background music.

the pool is not recommendable, because it's already full of with English mornings at seven and one lie there just like squashed sardines.

very large rooms in retro style equipped, there are minibar, TV, telefon (even at the WC)
small balcone but with enough space, german speaking programs, large beds, unfortunately a little bit small shower hair dryer, the bed sheets and hand towels are changed every two days.
