Good hotel in the middle of the old town *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel and the location in the old town liked our stay here! We stayed for our 2 bed-room per night only EUR 55.00 for we got 1 very small, verwinkeltes room (room nr. 101 ) With window facing a busy street. It was warm, we had to keep the window and course the street noise. The winding had charm and as we just spent two nights here, the room for our luggage, adequate. The location is very good, it's about 10 minutes from the Town Hall Square and then in the middle of the downtown area. If you walk through the old town, you feel like you are in a medieval setting. Very many of the houses have been carefully restored. Lots of nice restaurants and delicious food. The prices in the catering in about the same as us. We took in the "olde Hanse" and once in the "Peppersack" and really enjoyed it! From January or the euro, then you don't need more money exchange. The highlights of city (for example old town with well preserved walled town) are well explored by foot. There are also hop on hop off-buses, with which you can make a city tour. You can get off at various attractions and with your own time management 10USD. The cost is about EUR 18.00. NOTE for smokers: 1 carton of cigarettes cost costs about EUR 25.00 at the moment. Please try: The delicious burned almonds or pecans, you will be sold small stands. To buy souvenirs as there were so many different Leinenartikel ( tablecloths, blouses, shirts and so on. Of course ) basics amber. All in all, a city trip to Tallinn worth it in any case! We loved it!
