Cheap, clean, but badly soundproofed Hotel *

I was only there for one night, had a single room on the street, directly in front of the neon sign. The Windows did not properly darken. This is a moot point, even though the neon sign fortunately sometime in the night was switched off. Also the windows are not sound-isolated, given the tram (line seven runs still a GDR model and is quite noisy) and the amenities would have been a worthwhile investment. Otherwise the price/performance ratio very good. Howling strange was the attempt by the receptionist bold, an American citizen, to explain the hotel.
