Very dirty, shabby and a lot of mold. *

When I checked the hotel at short notice I got a total shabby and dirty room. The shower was moldy unusable so it was. The toilet was not cleaned and urine and waste stains on pointed out. The balcony was dirty with used Ohrputzstäbchen among other things. The refrigerator was already slightly moldy. The air conditioning was unusable because they smelled moldy. I wonder how this hotel with four stars could be awarded? Unfortunately, I can say nothing about the food as I refused to eat this. The staff only spoke Turkish. Only at the front desk had a broken English spoken. The cleaning ladies didn't seem to be trained enough! The 'clean' the towels in an old rusted shopping cart by the hotel to the rooms. The Schampooflaschen were needed (1/3), the toilet as mentioned above and with a total yellowish used as 'clean ' cleaner stamp. The only advantage: commodious room (living room & bedroom and balcony with a beautiful view)
