Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAfter the super great reviews on HolidayCheck we had high expectations which unfortunately was not quite met. On the whole, one can the hotel while recommend for families with children, but it's not all gold, as often described here. It is beautiful and the staff is great, the beach great for children, beach chairs were also in the high-peak season there were enough, the rooms are modern, family-friendly and mostly everything clean. Now for the but with small children (1.5 and 3 J. ) is the snack offer very very one-sided, only fast food daily "fatty" slices or alternatively toast with ham/cheese, afternoon also enjoy the same "marble cake" and ice cream). You, so trying to take breakfast fruit, which officially is not allowed, or outside the hotel to buy healthy snacks. The food in the restaurant is good but got repetitive after, and all the rave about here were not yet in other good 4 * or five star hotel. The drink offer was ok but orange juice but then we missed breakfast (there was something they called and orange was). The pools were also very convenient ( baby pool covered), but not really clean aesthetic, four architecturally uninspired rectangular pools on this site that prompted us deep ( the quiet pool still most beautiful) and a round baby pool. It wasn't from pool area. We missed for example slides at the pools ( there wasn't even a small at the kiddie pool). It is not unknown for plates/tiles around pools potential, but in the Mikri Poli increase the something. There were noticeably a lot of children with bandagiertem chin. We even experienced any British tour operaters using several despite gentle agitation, slow walking away. The entertainment was good and unobtrusive. Unfortunately, however no offer for toddlers, as we have experienced in other hotels. The topic transfer: We prepared mentally prepared to a maximum of 2.5 hours. With 3.5 hours and two young children it was too long. Why organised the tour operators minibuses which Makri Gialos without any stops (when we were 10 hotels! ) head? A stay at the Mikri Poli consider be said: makes the quiet but read the overley positive reviews carefully. This is the place for you as we did not disappoint. We, as I said, after reading all the positive opinions expecting much but ultimately must be in the process, were so disappointed.
