Nice holiday, although not quite perfect *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel area was very spacious and very nice. The property is clean and very green and well maintained. Our room was large and clean, although the furniture was not the newest. Unfortunately, we got a room see that it should have better not rent, because there were large Schimmelfelcken, which during our stay, the hotel was fully booked and hence this room. After multiple complaints but we have another room. The complaints at the reception turned out to be very difficult and slow. Unfortunately the staff didn't really speak good German. Although the ladies took care, but no response from and so you feel like you will never be helped. The staff in the restaurant was divided. Some were nice, others less. We also tried the staff anzulächeln, sadly, some none. Better personnel management would certainly better walk. The food was very good. A huge selection of salads and the dessert was super. As well as a number of other dishes was ok. Certainly the food is always a matter of taste, but we had no problems. At the beach and at the pool there were sufficient beach chairs, also when the hotel was fully booked, which I liked. The hotel is far from the next towns. After Milatos we were there once walked but in the town there was not much to see. Sissi is about 5 km, then we are but did not try to walk, because the way is not lit at night. The hotel has a car rental, the everything worked well.
