Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe only had problems... on arrival day we had a room from top to bottom was totally dirty. The bedding was red stains... the glasses were not washed, the bathroom was dirty... we wanted a Andres room... the we got... and that was even worse... Shower did not work... Toilet was from the second world war... dirty, and the toilet seat was deep brown... i did not put on my ass...
receptionist said that it would be normal... i had to laugh... the staff was generally unfriendly Germans... 80% speak French... the staff did not speak German or English... we had quite a communication... on the beach you had to stand in line for the shower and toilet a key to get... this is quite annoying... after the ten denies you get everything and waits... that was a really stressful holiday... no trace of relaxation
