Hotel Miramar Petit Palais

Absolutly nothing to do there by the area of Miramar.The only "attraction" around is "Crocodile Park" where the have like 100's of crocodiles.
By the beach,no restaurant,no shops.Nothing!Just local people which to push to take a ride with a camel or with a horse.
So,if you are HP(breakfast+dinner),than at noon its a big problem to find like a Pizzeria or so.
Very dirty everywhere on the streets.
In this bazaar they have,the local people are aggressive;they take you from the hand by telling you:"Come!Have a look inside!".You really cant "breath" because of them.Maybe they had a bad summer,not too many tourists and they didnt made much money,so maybe thats why are so aggressive...Never happend this to me in Egipt or Turkey where they have also bazaar's.

By the reception,she is very busy with the facebook!
In the restaurant,10 persons around walking,but until they take you a empty/dirty dishes from our table.

Was relative ok,for 1 week.The most of time the same food (buffet)and by the meet only chicken or turkey.Dinner was ok,but breakfast not so rich in food.
From the soup,my boy(3 years and half) got 3 days,diarrhea.

Only a big pool,split in 2:one for adults,one for the kids.They had in the back from the hotel a tennis ground,a biliard table,but I never saw somebody to use it.

The sink:the pipe was blocked with dirty and once the water run for some seconds in the sink,gets full of water.To go the water away,it needs like 1 hour.So was impossible to use the sink.
The toilet,even came every day the cleaning person,in the rest room smell all time from urine.From the pipe,all time water on the floor.They nver wash the floor in the room,so was necessary to wear shoes,bc was a lot of dust,hair,etc.

It supposed Djerba to be good.We went for the first time and I think,never again.Of course,depends of the hotel.But Miramar Petit Palais 3/4 stars has the value of 1-2 stars.
I went also in other poor counties,but I was satisfied about the hotels.In Djerba,not.
UTS travel agency cheat me with some money!The second day I arrived in Djerba came somebody from the UTS agency and I booked a car from the travel agency(like taxi) to bring us to Houmt Souk,for the old town.I payed in advance the money(he said like this is the procedure) and after 2 days I wait 30 min the car.Of course I called and from this travel agency told me that the driver is sick and "maybe he ll come another day."Hello?!?So,I could wait 5 hours and nobody informed me!And about the money...K. wasnt anymore available on the phone.
So,I called to another colleague of him Ch. and I told him my problem:about they arent reliable and that I want my money back.He came quickly with some formulars which I have to complete about what it happend and he told me that he ll bring this to his boss T. to check about my money...Of course,I didnt see no money!Also I asked him where is this K.,he told me:"Ahh,I dont know...he didnt came to work 2 days...he has some problems and he switch off his handy!"
Im wondering how VTour from Germany(from where I booked this holidays) can work with this bandits agency UTS from Djerba!
