Big disappointment after booking via Internet *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe enjoyed our stay at the hotel mohrenwirt via the Internet. Unfortunately we were in the old hotel section. Internet appearance and reality soft so significantly. This section gave us a totally run down rooms. Furthermore, we had the impression, that the cleanliness is on (on the balcony there were piles of old cigarette butts; the bathroom was not very clean). The price/performance ratio was not correct for us.

Hallo vom Mohrenwirt,vorerst möchte ich mich einmal für Ihre Bewertung bedanken, auch wenn es keine angenehme für uns geworden ist.
Feedback in jeder Form ist für uns von großer Wichtigkeit, denn nur so können wir auch an unseren Schwächen arbeiten.
Es tut mir sehr Leid dass Sie von Ihrem Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel Mohrenwirt enttäuscht waren.
Was die Sauberkeit und das Zimmer angeht so wäre es für mich sehr interessant zu wissen in welchem Zimmer Sie untergebracht waren und zu welchem Zeitraum. Dann kann ich mit meinen Mitarbeitern im Detail an das Problem herangehen.
Ausserdem wäre es interessant zu wissen über welche Buchungsplattform Sie gebucht haben, damit wir dort den Text anpassen können.
Es stimmt, wir verfügen über einen "neueren" und "älteren" Trakt in unserem Haus, weisen aber in unseren Angebot darauf hin. Sollte das auf der Internetplattform nicht in dieser Form geschehen sein so entschuldige ich mich dafür und würde das auch sofort ändern.
