Pure relaxation in gorgeous scenery *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is housed in a beautiful old Finca, a bit away from all the hustle and bustle and so private and quiet. My room was very quiet and well situated with a view of the inner court and the Sierra de Tramuntana. The staff was very friendly and always helpful; the dinner was outstanding and is served in the winter with fireplace in the cosy dining room. I thought it was very pleasant the background noise consisting of birds and the sheep bells ringing the quiet. For a longer stay I would advise, to rent a car to be withdrawn because it is on the beach or some remarkable villages to reach you must drive, but not far.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, both in winter and summer.
My conclusion of Monnáber Vell: a place for every type of traveller, of peace, relaxation and rest!
