Excellent family hotel
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA very clean and friendly hotel, very nice people, we returned for the third time in 2 years. Very good breakfast and dinner (half pension), excellent quality and large portions.
Location
Beautiful environment, 5 minute walk to the ski course (lockers provided). Fiss-Ladis-Serfaus is a very nice area to spend winter-holiday as well as summer holiday.
We cannot think of anything we didn't like. As already mentioned very kind people, very good service, clean rooms, ...
Gastronomy
Every day a large choice for dinner, not only for the adults but also for children and vegetarians. Large portions :-)
Sport & Entertainment
We went to Fiss for our winter holiday (and one summer holiday), so we primarily use the facilities at the ski course and less the facilities (like the sauna) in the hotel. But it all looks very nice and clean.
Room
Clean rooms with tv, internet connection, lots of space, nice bathroom.
