four stars? For what? I travel a lot, but such a delta between the website and the reality was not so small.
The space in the restaurant = critical since 70 children and two coaches were arrived.
Food = really amazing! 18.90 euro for a frozen lasagna and two small pils, I pay in the Munich.
Rooms = there were not so many children for the first time here
Internet access = 10 €in addition
Breakfast = reminds me of these reports on RTL 2 which I always laugh... Sometimes it happened a itself. It has to be seen and tasted. Reminded me a little of the village in Nigeria 1995...

Dear Mr Carsten,We apologize if the stay was not as you had imagined, because of the children you met in the hotel. Our hotel is a business, but also a leisure one, so sometimes it may happen to meet families as well as groups in general. If the experience with a school trip had created a discomfort to our guests, now we would not have approved other accommodation for them in our hotel.
A group’s dinner in the Restaurant is always well organized by the Staff and concluded in just one hour. Being the Restaurant open for 4 hours, people are able to avoid the group, eating before or after the group, or comfortably in the room.
High speed internet service is available 24 hours a day on charge: the comfort to connect easily with a little extra cost I believe it is a great value for all guests.
Our American Breakfast Buffet is always appreciated by all the guests, coming from a variety of country around the world, because of our carefulness in the service and the quality of the food.
