The Intercontinental is a great hotel for business travelers or families. It is a very large area in the outdoor area, the two swimmingpools offers. The italian restaurant Tomato', which belongs to the hotel, is located directly behind the pool and is really to be recommended.

Cleanliness, friendliness, service... I can always only positive things to say!

Directly in front of the hotel it is a small mall, including with Starbucks, perfumery, manicure, ... The closest mall can be reached easily with a taxi (cheap).

Also to be recommended is a small tour of Muscat (visit of the impressive six star hotels Al bustan, of the souks and the Sultan palace).
