The hotel has more than deserves its stars! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe 285 guestrooms comprehensive hotel is for business and leisure travellers alike. Thanks to many meeting rooms, a fitness center, pool, and Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa should everybody had their own expense. We particularly enjoyed the spacious lobby with front desk as well as a private Starbucks. The parking in the hotel's parking lot is free, breakfast was not included in our booking.
Location
The hotel is conveniently located close to Interstate 95 , across the street from a lake, so getting to attractions in Mystic, the casinos and beaches a few minutes by car can be easily reached.
At the reception we were welcomed in a friendly way. Our wish for a new room (the initially allocated room was right next to a loud humming vent) was immediately met. The room cleaning was flawless.
Gastronomy
The hotel has a steakhouse Octagon and Starbucks coffee. We haven't visit the Steakhouse but merely a Starbucks coffee in the morning, eventually find no better or worse than others Starbucks cafes.

Room
The highlight of our room was very spacious bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. We really liked that the shower rather than the usual shower curtain over a cabin has. The room is with flat screen tv, desk, sofa and a very comfortable bed. The mattress was a bit too soft for our taste. The cleanliness of the room was ok, we had nothing to complain about.
