Overall nice and relaxing beach holiday *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is a small very well-kept, relatively quiet area close to Kavros. The way and the place ( Kavros) are but that didn't really very refreshing. After about ten minutes walk past some hotels and smelly bins, straight in to a little welcoming and busy 'strollmile' with a few taverns, supermarket, ATM and car rentals. The entire hotel staff to be very friendly and considerate. The rooms as well as the rest of the hotel grounds and pool were very clean. The beach is a little off, which was also partially very IRRATIONAL guests. old weak Reparaturbedürftige beach chairs, umbrellas and the obligatory cigarette butts arrive and the otherwise very positive Strandeindruck ( clear water, wide sandy beach which to walks) a bit. All in all, the beach compared to other greek beaches be rated as very good. The food (all inclusive) in the hotel was plentiful and delicious. Our daughter, which was on a food Intolerance suffers from the kitchen staff respectively hereinafter referred to as the for you were okay food prepared upon request. The restaurant staff was very friendly and fast. The trouble with the whole restaurant/kitchen staff are but of all the guests at least in the form appropriate clothing for supper being honored. Badelatsche, Basecap and Axelshirt should be strictly taboo and compliance with complimentary enforced dress code from the staff. Our last and biggest gripe I have is the evening entertainment. For the in versus folks - you'd better skip to not want to leave it like kids disco just to walk, but not for adults. At the end of our vacation it improved this condition. The entertainers were responsible for other exchanged what more peace and quiet music ( moderation)) and a bit more variation ( guest appearances) made by local artists. What remains? Remain on us a nice, relaxing beach holiday with wonderful excursions and a nice hotel staff which repeated and successful tried to make us a nice holiday. The above criticism could not significantly affect the positive general impression. PS The hotel is ideal as a center for individual and guided tours, which you should not book with the travel agent, in the western areas of Crete. The friendly and courteous front desk team is how for all other questions and complaints also, a good situations.
