Sometimes poor hygiene, unmotivated staff *

Front desk/reception staff friendly and helpful, staff extremely unmotivated and restaurant partly unfriendly. Carpet in the areas I have followed stained, looked very unhygienic. The rooms are actually very nice, the bathroom however there were some drawbacks: hair on the floor, toilet seat bottom not clean, toilet paper was probably from the previous guests in the toilet, shower cabins seals started or moldy see photo.
