Well-kept green area and underkept dirty room *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe first impression of the hotel was breathtaking. The access, the lobby, the view ..... simply fantastic. There was a welcome drink. The perfect start ........ Unfortunately, the euphoria not long. See to other categories.
Location
The hotel is located on the hillside right on the sea front and has a private hotel beach which is clean and is filled with free pool chairs and umbrellas. It is a stone/pebble beach just like almost all of Croatia. Shopping possibilities are no 3km away. Supermarket etc. all available.
The staff was generally very friendly and tried hard. There was a child care with very nice staff, very Its a shame that the same every day from dropping off programs. After 4 days had our kids didn't want more, since they knew what happens. Always the same games, etc. It was an easy trouble with the like it! Flie nets. Black hair everywhere. In front of the bed all full hair and scales. vanity mirror in the bathroom and full toothpaste. Even worse. 7 Days was not cleaned. Only towels were changed. The windows were covered in Mövenkot. It had to be called 5x housekeeping until one in the location was the windows to clean.
Gastronomy
Restaurants food. Not bad but do not good value for money. Whether buffet or a la carte.
Sport & Entertainment
Kids disco every day. Every day the same games and songs.. boring first impressions of pool areas was very good. Unfortunately but only first impression. On the Poolböden were tons of dirt gravel hair etc. This was from the first to the last day. The pools were not get cleaned. Partly hang wood plank of the panels in the pool. There is risk of injury. The spa area / indoor pool is a salt water pool. This has certainly in constructing the nobody knew. On every corner corrosion, dirty gammel and bröckelnder concrete.
Room
Dirty in. Run down and not child friendly. We had a premium apartment. Because the bedroom in the attic, the way with beams criss-crossing in 165CM equivalent to moodily?!?! Max. 2 Stars
Tips and recommendations
Avoid area. Falkensteiner was not free in the height moved from the resort.
