The hotel is like a paradise for us. The staff is doing everything to make our holiday perfect. The people are very friendly and nice. The gardens look really like a paradise...
Location
The location of this hotel is perfect, the sea, the beaches, the rocks...wow !
The service is also perfect in this hotel, the management and staff are doing their utmost to give us a perfect holiday.
Gastronomy
The food is very good especially in Firenze, the Italian restaurant.
Sport & Entertainment
There are several pools which you can choose, very good. The spa is very beautiful, really relaxing, the people from the massage are the best !
Room
Rooms need total renovation ! This is the only thing we would like to see different because the rooms are too old for a hotel with this style and class.
